By accessing our website, engaging our document handling logistics, or submitting physical records to our representatives across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Scope of Logistics Services

Attestation Consultancy acts strictly as a third-party administrative liaison and document facilitation service. We manage the manual submission, banking procedures, queue logistics, and pickup tracking for files destined for central authorities, including but not limited to MOFA, HEC, IBCC, and foreign embassies. We do not possess authority to issue stamps or alter sovereign verification databases.

2. Document Authenticity & Client Responsibility

The client warrants that all certificates, academic transcripts, degrees, or civil records submitted for verification are completely authentic, untampered, and legally issued by official boards or universities.

Legal Note: If any authority (such as MOFA or HEC) confiscates or flags a document due to suspected duplication, unauthorized modifications, or fake credentials, Attestation Consultancy holds zero liability. All resulting legal costs, institutional bans, or statutory penalties remain solely the responsibility of the client.

3. Processing Timelines & Delays

While our team optimizes daily tracking metrics to offer the fastest turnaround times possible, estimated durations provided by our helplines are non-binding. Attestation Consultancy is not liable for delayed timelines stemming from sudden government portal closures, changes in embassy appointment systems, unexpected statutory holidays, or strict processing backlogs within ministries.

4. Government Fee Policies & Adjustments

Official government ticket costs, embassy legalization rates, and operational fuel surcharges may fluctuate without prior notice. Clients are responsible for covering any mandatory fee changes introduced by relevant boards, state commissions, or ministries while their paperwork is actively in progress.

5. Secure Courier & Document Transport Protection

We employ high-grade transit protocols to safeguard your valuable certificates during regional transport. In the highly unlikely event of loss or structural physical damage to paperwork while in our custody, our liability limit is strictly restricted to facilitating the acquisition fees for a duplicate credential from the issuing school board or department.

6. Cancellation and Refund Parameters

Service charges and processing allocations are non-refundable once your credentials have been formally submitted, bank challans paid, or presented to the regional authorities (such as IBCC, HEC, or MOFA desks). If a cancellation request is filed before physical processing begins, a refund of advanced funds may be issued, minus any administrative or transportation expenses incurred up to that hour.
